Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte

A delicious blend of matcha and pumpkin spice, perfect for cozy moments or refreshing afternoons.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup canned light coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup water (or more dairy-free milk)
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 12 tsp maple syrup (or stevia to taste)
  • 1/23/4 tsp matcha powder

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. In a saucepan, mix coconut milk, water, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup. Stir well.
  3. Heat the mixture on medium heat until hot but not boiling, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and whisk in the matcha powder until smooth and frothy.
  5. Pour into a mug and enjoy warm.
  6. For iced, combine ingredients in a shaker or blender, pour over ice, whisk matcha with a small amount of hot water, and mix.
  7. Stir well and enjoy your iced Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte.

Notes

Garnish with cinnamon or whip cream for extra flavor. Best enjoyed fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
