Pumpkin Tiramisu

A delightful twist on the classic Italian dessert featuring smooth mascarpone and cozy pumpkin spice flavors, perfect for fall gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 16 ounces mascarpone cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup pumpkin purée
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice seasoning (plus more for sprinkling)
  • 1 cup brewed espresso, cooled
  • ¼ cup liqueur (Kahlua, Frangelico, or Marsala wine)
  • 1 package ladyfingers (24 count)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, use a handheld mixer to beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, use the mixer to beat together the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, pumpkin purée, and pumpkin spice until well combined.
  3. Gently fold the whipped heavy cream into the pumpkin mascarpone mixture using a rubber spatula.
  4. In another small bowl, whisk together the cooled espresso and liqueur.
  5. Dip half of the ladyfingers quickly in the espresso mixture and arrange them in a single layer at the bottom of a 9×9 inch baking dish.
  6. Spoon half of the pumpkin mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers and spread it evenly.
  7. Repeat the layering process with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and finish with the remaining mascarpone mixture on top.
  8. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Before serving, sprinkle extra pumpkin spice over the top.

Notes

Make sure your mascarpone cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing. Don’t soak the ladyfingers too long in the coffee mixture.
