Quick Coconut Water Mocktail

A refreshing and delightful drink made with coconut water and fresh juices, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz coconut water (no added sugar)
  • 2 oz orange juice (freshly squeezed is best)
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (or your choice of sweetener)
  • Dehydrated citrus for garnish (optional)
  • Tajin for rim (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. In a shaker, combine coconut water, orange juice, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar if using.
  3. Add honey or your choice of sweetener into the shaker.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and close it tightly.
  5. Shake the mixture for about 10-15 seconds until combined and cold.
  6. Prepare your glass by adding ice if desired.
  7. Use a strainer to pour the mixture from the shaker into your glass.
  8. If desired, garnish with dehydrated citrus slices and sprinkle Tajin around the rim.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing drink!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for a day or two. Freezing is not recommended.
