Quick Fudge

Quick fudge is a delightful treat that is easy to make and incredibly satisfying, perfect for both beginners and seasoned cooks.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and salt. Stir until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan and spread evenly.
  4. Let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes until set.
  5. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week, or freeze for up to three months.
