Rainbow Winter Smoothie

A vibrant and fresh smoothie made with layered fruit, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup Mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Small splash of Yogurt or milk (optional, for blending)
  • Honey or sweetener (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash your fruit. Rinse strawberries and blueberries in cold water. Peel and cut the mango if it is fresh.
  2. Chill your glass by placing it in the fridge for a few minutes.
  3. Make the red layer by blending strawberries with yogurt or milk and honey until smooth. Pour into the bottom of the tall glass.
  4. Make the orange layer by blending mango chunks with yogurt or milk until smooth. Pour over the back of a spoon to create a layer on top of the red layer.
  5. Make the blue layer by blending blueberries with yogurt or milk until smooth. Carefully spoon this mixture on top of the mango layer.
  6. Even out the top using a spoon and garnish with mint or a slice of fruit if desired.
  7. Serve immediately for best presentation and taste.

Notes

Use fresh or frozen fruit, and feel free to experiment with different sweeteners and thickness for each layer.
