Raspberry Blood Orange Mocktail

A bright, fruity, and refreshing mocktail made with fresh blood orange juice and raspberries, perfect for warm days and special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 56 Raspberries
  • 1.5 oz Freshly Squeezed Blood Orange Juice
  • 3/4 oz Agave
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Pomegranate Juice
  • Sparkling Water

Instructions

  1. Cut one large Blood Orange in half and juice it.
  2. Add raspberries and blood orange juice to a cocktail shaker and muddle together.
  3. Add agave, pineapple juice, pomegranate juice, and ice to the shaker and shake for at least 30 seconds.
  4. Fill a cocktail glass three-quarters full with ice.
  5. Strain the mocktail mixture over the ice and top with sparkling water.
  6. Garnish with a fresh blood orange slice and raspberries. Enjoy!

Notes

For a diabetic-friendly option, reduce the agave to 1/4 oz or use a sugar-free sweetener.
