Raspberry Coconut Mojito

A refreshing twist on the classic mojito, combining mint, lime, raspberries, and coconut for a tropical delight.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Rum
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Cream Of Coconut
  • 810 Raspberries
  • 45 Mint Leaves
  • 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • Coconut Flakes for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add about 5-7 raspberries, mint leaves, and lime juice.
  2. Muddle the mint leaves and raspberries until fully mashed.
  3. Add rum, simple syrup, and cream of coconut to the shaker.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for at least 15 seconds.
  5. Pour the mixture into a cocktail glass filled with ice or strain for a smoother drink.
  6. Garnish with coconut flakes, fresh raspberries, and a sprig of mint.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Can store the mixture (without ice) in the fridge for 24 hours.
