  1. Heat the Ingredients: In a small saucepan, add the milk, raspberry syrup, chocolate chips, and cocoa powder. Heat over medium-low.
  2. Whisk Until Smooth: Frequently whisk the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  3. Remove from Heat: Once the chocolate is melted, remove the saucepan from heat.
  4. Froth the Milk (Optional): Use a milk frother to froth the mixture if desired.
  5. Brew Espresso or Coffee: While the mixture cools, brew your espresso or coffee in a mug.
  6. Combine and Serve: Pour the frothed raspberry chocolate milk over the brewed espresso or coffee.
