A refreshing cocktail that combines raspberries with Prosecco for a bubbly experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 bar spoon honey
  • 1 scoop raspberry sorbet
  • Prosecco
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, lemon juice, honey, and raspberry sorbet.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled and the sorbet is slightly melted.
  3. Strain the mixture into a Champagne flute or coupe glass.
  4. Top with Prosecco.
  5. Garnish with fresh raspberries.

Notes
