Red Velvet Mocha Cheer

A delightful drink that combines the rich flavors of red velvet cake with bold coffee, perfect for chocolate and coffee lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp red velvet syrup
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 shot espresso
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, pour 1 cup of your choice of milk and place it over medium heat.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of red velvet syrup and 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder once the milk is warm, stirring well to combine.
  3. Brew a shot of espresso using your coffee maker or espresso machine while the milk mixture warms.
  4. Remove the milk mixture from heat and pour in the shot of espresso, stirring well to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mug and top with whipped cream. Optionally, add white chocolate shavings for a special touch.

Notes

Red Velvet Mocha Cheer is best served hot but can be stored in the fridge for up to a day. Reheat gently before serving.
