Cherry Mojito Mocktail

A refreshing and vibrant Cherry Mojito Mocktail that’s perfect for hot days and family gatherings. Bursting with ripe cherry flavor and fresh mint, this drink is easy to make and kid-friendly.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe cherries, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (or to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Extra cherries and lime slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pit a handful of cherries and add them to your glass.
  2. Add sugar and the juice from a lime.
  3. Clap mint leaves between your hands to release oils and add to the glass.
  4. Muddle the ingredients gently to combine flavors.
  5. Fill the glass with ice and pour over sparkling water.
  6. If using a shaker, shake the cherry-mint-lime mixture with ice, then strain into a glass. Otherwise, swirl gently.
  7. Garnish with a cherry and a lime slice.

Notes

For variations, try using raspberries or blackberries instead of cherries. You can also add a splash of pineapple juice or ginger syrup for a unique twist.
