Reindeer Cookie Crunch Cups

A fun, festive dessert featuring creamy chocolate pudding, crunchy cookie layers, and adorable reindeer decorations, perfect for holiday gatherings.

  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate pudding (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup crushed chocolate cookies (e.g., Oreos)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional)
  • Chocolate truffles (for reindeer heads)
  • Mini pretzels (for antlers)
  • Red M&M’s or any red round candy (for nose)
  • Mini chocolate chips or candy eyes (for eyes)
  • Melted chocolate (to glue features)
  • Whipped cream (for nestling reindeer head)
  • Chocolate sprinkles (for fur around head)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding according to package instructions, stirring in vanilla extract and letting it chill slightly.
  2. In a small bowl, combine crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter (if using). Dip the rims of serving glasses into pudding, then into the cookie crumbs.
  3. Spoon chocolate pudding into each cup and refrigerate until ready to decorate.
  4. Create the reindeer heads by attaching two mini pretzels onto a chocolate truffle with melted chocolate. Add candy eyes and a red M&M for the nose.
  5. Swirl whipped cream on each pudding cup, then place the reindeer head gently on top. Sprinkle chocolate sprinkles around the base to mimic reindeer fur.

Notes

These cups can be made ahead of time but are best assembled just before serving to maintain the cookie crunch.
