Reindeer Marshmallow Hot Cocoa Toppers

Festive and cute reindeer marshmallow toppers that make your hot cocoa special and fun for the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 10 extra-large marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp semi-sweet or dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp red candy melts
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Dust a large baking sheet with powdered sugar to prevent sticking.
  2. Cut the jumbo marshmallows in half and place them cut side down on the baking sheet.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the red candy melts for 30 seconds, then stir and repeat until fully melted. Transfer to a piping bag.
  4. Using the same method, melt the semi-sweet or dark chocolate and transfer to another piping bag.
  5. Pipe a little red dot at the bottom of each marshmallow for the nose using the red candy.
  6. Pipe two small eyes and antlers on each marshmallow using the melted chocolate. Allow to set.
  7. Enjoy immediately on hot cocoa or store for later use.

Notes

Store in an airtight container. They can last for about a week at room temperature or a month in the freezer.
