Rose & Chamomile Latte

A soothing drink combining chamomile tea and rose water for a relaxing experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 chamomile tea bag (or 1 tsp loose chamomile)
  • 1 tsp rose water (adjust to taste)
  • 12 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • Optional garnish: Dried rose petals or chamomile buds

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk over medium-low heat. Be careful not to let it boil.
  2. Add the chamomile tea bag or 1 teaspoon of loose chamomile into the milk and steep for about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bag or strain the milk to get rid of the chamomile buds.
  4. Stir in 1 teaspoon of rose water and honey or maple syrup, if desired, and mix until smooth.
  5. If desired, froth the milk mixture with a whisk or frother.
  6. Pour the latte into a light-colored ceramic mug for a soft, elegant presentation.
  7. Top with a sprinkle of dried rose petals or chamomile buds for garnish.

Notes
