Rose Hibiscus Cloud Latte

A beautiful and fragrant latte combining floral flavors of rose and hibiscus with creamy coconut milk.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons dried hibiscus petals
  • 1 tablespoon rose water
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime zest

Instructions

  1. Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan until steaming.
  2. In a separate cup, steep the dried hibiscus petals in hot water for about 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the hibiscus tea and mix it with the rose water and agave nectar.
  4. Whip the steamed coconut milk until frothy.
  5. Pour the hibiscus mixture into a mug, then top with the frothed coconut milk.
  6. Garnish with fresh lime zest and enjoy!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh; do not freeze the finished latte.
