Rose Mojito

A light floral twist on the classic mojito, mixing rose syrup, basil seeds, lemon, and mint for a refreshing drink.

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 Tbsp Rose Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Basil seeds
  • 1 medium Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Salt
  • Few Mint leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • Club soda or any soda available

Instructions

  1. Take a small bowl and soak sabja seeds in water for 5 minutes or until they are bloomed.
  2. Add rose syrup, bloomed sabja seeds, lemon juice, and salt to a tall glass.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add a couple of ice cubes and tear some mint leaves into pieces, adding them to the glass.
  5. Top it up with chilled soda water.
  6. Add a couple of drops of rose syrup on top and stir it. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve cold, garnished with mint and lemon for a pretty look. For a lighter option, reduce syrup or use sugar-free syrup.
