Rose-Strawberry Oat Latte

A delightful drink combining rose and strawberry flavors with the creamy texture of oat milk. Perfect for any time of day.

  • 3/4 cup oat milk
  • 1/4 cup strawberry purée (strained)
  • 1 tsp rosewater
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp beet powder
  • Ice (optional)
  • Edible rose petal (for garnish)
  • Sliced berry (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the oat milk, beet powder, and maple syrup. Heat until warm but not boiling, stirring continuously.
  2. Use a frother or whisk to froth the oat milk mixture until light and bubbly.
  3. In a separate bowl, stir the rosewater into the warm strawberry purée.
  4. Pour the rose-strawberry mixture into a glass, adding ice if desired.
  5. Layer the frothed oat milk on top of the strawberry purée.
  6. Garnish with an edible rose petal and a slice of berry.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Best served fresh, can be enjoyed hot or cold. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to one day.
