Rose & Vanilla London Fog

A comforting drink that combines the classic flavors of Earl Grey tea with floral rose and warm vanilla, perfect for chilly days.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 2 teaspoons dried rose petals
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 tablespoons sugar or honey (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a small pot. Add the Earl Grey tea bags and dried rose petals, then steep for about 5 minutes.
  2. In another pot, heat the milk until warm but not boiling.
  3. Remove the tea bags and strain the tea mixture into the milk.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract and sweetener.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy your Rose & Vanilla London Fog!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a day. Do not freeze as the milk may separate upon thawing.
