  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and sugar until well combined.
  3. Pour in the melted butter, milk, and rosewater, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped pistachios.
  5. Pour the batter into a small loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
