Rosewater White Hot Chocolate

A delicate twist on traditional hot chocolate, this Rosewater White Hot Chocolate combines creamy white chocolate with fragrant rose water for a cozy, elegant treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon rose water
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Crushed pistachios for garnish
  • Mini rosebud for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour the almond milk into a small saucepan.
  2. Warm the milk over medium-low heat until steaming but not boiling.
  3. Reduce heat to low and add the white chocolate chips and pinch of sea salt.
  4. Whisk continuously until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  5. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the rose water.
  6. Pour the hot chocolate into a mug, top with whipped cream, sprinkle with crushed pistachios, and add a rosebud if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Start with a smaller amount of rose water if unsure, as it can easily overpower the drink. Quality ingredients are key for the best flavor.
