Royal Kir

A refreshing and elegant French cocktail that combines crème de cassis with sparkling wine, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz crème de cassis
  • 4 oz champagne, prosecco, cava, or dry white wine
  • Lemon twist or raspberry for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill all your ingredients by placing your champagne flute in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes.
  2. Pour 1/2 oz of crème de cassis into the bottom of the chilled champagne flute.
  3. Slowly top the glass with 4 oz of your chosen sparkling wine, pouring gently to keep the bubbles intact.
  4. Add a garnish of lemon peel or a fresh raspberry, if desired.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy fresh for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

Royal Kir should be served immediately after preparation to maintain the sparkling quality.
