Ruby Hot Chocolate Love Potion

A delightful and nutritious twist on traditional hot chocolate, featuring ruby chocolate and topped with sweet treats.

  • 4 oz ruby chocolate
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pink whipped cream
  • Heart marshmallows
  • Edible glitter
  • Fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Begin by melting the ruby chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth.
  2. In another saucepan, heat the whole milk and heavy cream together until warm, but do not let it boil.
  3. Once warm, pour the milk and cream mixture into the saucepan with the melted ruby chocolate.
  4. Add the vanilla extract to the mixture.
  5. Whisk everything together until fully combined and creamy.
  6. Pour the hot chocolate into serving mugs.
  7. Top each serving with pink whipped cream, edible glitter, heart marshmallows, and fresh raspberries.

Notes

For a healthier version, swap whole milk for unsweetened almond or oat milk. Can be stored in the fridge for up to two days.
