Salted Caramel Cold Brew

A delightful blend of cold brew coffee and caramel, topped with fluffy whipped cream and a hint of salt.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp caramel syrup
  • 2 cups cold brew
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp caramel syrup (for topping)
  • ⅛ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the cold brew coffee and 1 tablespoon of caramel syrup in a bowl or glass until well mixed.
  2. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  3. Pour the caramel-infused cold brew over the ice.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream, 1 tablespoon of caramel syrup, and ⅛ teaspoon of salt until fluffy.
  5. Spoon the whipped cream foam on top of the cold brew coffee.
  6. Sprinkle a little extra salt on top for added flavor.

Notes

Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture. Adjust the amount of caramel and salt to your preference.
