Salted Gold Russian

A delicious non-alcoholic drink combining coffee and caramel flavors with a touch of cream, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 oz coffee-flavored syrup or cold brew concentrate
  • 1 oz caramel-flavored syrup
  • 0.51 oz heavy cream or half-and-half
  • Ice cubes
  • Caramel drizzle
  • A small pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add the coffee-flavored syrup and caramel syrup to the glass.
  3. Stir gently to combine the ingredients well.
  4. Pour the cream over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect on top of the drink.
  5. Garnish your drink with a drizzle of caramel and a pinch of sea salt.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to one or two days. Freezing is not recommended.
