Santa’s No-Bake Sugar Cookie Bars

Delightful no-bake sugar cookie bars that are easy to make and perfect for holiday celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup festive sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  4. Sprinkle white chocolate chips on top, followed by mini marshmallows and festive sprinkles.
  5. If desired, add chopped pecans on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Once firm, lift out and slice into squares.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
