Plantain Leaf Digestive Tea

A gentle herbal tea made from dried plantain leaves that helps soothe stomach discomfort after meals.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons dried plantain leaves
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • Honey (optional)
  • Lemon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place dried plantain leaves in a teapot or cup.
  2. Pour boiling water over the leaves.
  3. Let steep for at least 10 minutes, or longer for a richer flavor.
  4. Strain before serving.
  5. Add honey or lemon if desired.

Notes
