Brown Sugar Cinnamon Iced Latte

A delightful homemade iced latte that combines the rich flavors of espresso, brown sugar, and cinnamon, perfect for a sweet pick-me-up.

  • 2 espresso shots (or 1/2 cup really strong coffee)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy, preferably oat)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a small mug or bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and water. Microwave for 20-30 seconds and stir until smooth.
  2. Fill your favorite glass with ice.
  3. Pour in the brown sugar-cinnamon syrup.
  4. Add your espresso or strong coffee over the syrup and ice.
  5. Top off with milk, adjusting to taste.
  6. Stir or shake in a lidded jar for a frothy top.
  7. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a vegan option, use oat or almond milk and maple syrup instead of brown sugar if desired. The syrup can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for a week.
