A calming latte that combines adaptogens with your choice of milk to create a soothing drink perfect for unwinding.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup milk (dairy, oat, or almond)
  • 1 teaspoon adaptogen blend (ashwagandha, reishi, or holy basil)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • Dash of ground cinnamon, nutmeg, or cardamom
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk until hot but not boiling.
  2. Whisk in the adaptogen powder until smooth.
  3. Mix in sweetener, vanilla, spices, and salt. Stir well.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice if needed.
  5. Sip slowly and enjoy the calm.

Notes
