  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (optional, for binding)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, stuffing mix, cranberry sauce, chopped celery, chopped onion, chopped parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. If the mixture is too crumbly, you can add an egg to help bind it.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
