Shaken Espresso with Toasted Marshmallow Syrup

A delightful drink that combines strong espresso with sweet toasted marshmallow syrup, perfect for coffee lovers.

Ingredients

  • Double shot espresso
  • 12 tbsp toasted marshmallow syrup
  • Ice
  • ¼½ cup oat milk
  • Vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream
  • Marshmallows
  • Optional chocolate/graham cracker garnish

Instructions

  1. Brew a double shot of espresso using your coffee machine.
  2. In a shaker or jar, combine the hot espresso with 1 to 2 tablespoons of toasted marshmallow syrup.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
  4. Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  5. Slowly add ¼ to ½ cup of oat milk to the glass.
  6. Top with whipped cream.
  7. Add marshmallows and sprinkle with chocolate or graham cracker crumbs if desired.

Notes

Best enjoyed cold. Store leftover syrup in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
