Shakerato with Elderflower

A refreshing espresso drink with the floral notes of elderflower syrup, perfect for warm days or as a delightful coffee treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz espresso
  • 12 tbsp elderflower syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Elderflower blossom for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brew your espresso using your preferred method.
  2. Cool the espresso for a few minutes or place it in the fridge.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  4. Add the cooled espresso and elderflower syrup to the shaker.
  5. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  6. Strain the mixture into a glass, leaving the ice in the shaker.
  7. Garnish with an elderflower blossom.

Notes

Best served cold. Pairs well with light snacks or desserts.
