Silky Rice-Coconut Horchata

A refreshing beverage combining creamy rice milk with rich coconut flavor, elevated by lavender honey and whipped coconut cream.

  • 1 cup prepared coconut horchata (chilled)
  • 1 Tbsp lavender honey
  • 1 cup ice
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Whipped coconut cream
  • Lavender bud

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and ensure the coconut horchata is chilled.
  2. In a blender, add the chilled coconut horchata, lavender honey, and ice.
  3. Blend until the mixture is thick like a frappe.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into a glass.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top.
  6. Crown with a generous dollop of whipped coconut cream.
  7. Garnish with lavender buds for a decorative touch.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to two days, but whip fresh cream for best results.
