Pumpkin Maple Swirl Frappuccino

A creamy, icy, and healthier version of the popular Pumpkin Maple Swirl Frappuccino, perfect for fall cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold milk (whole, oat, almond, or soy)
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee or 2 shots espresso
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 23 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup ice (heaping)
  • Optional: pinch of salt, whipped cream, extra maple syrup drizzle

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, pumpkin puree, brewed coffee, maple syrup, vanilla, pumpkin spice, and ice in a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30-40 seconds until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust consistency and sweetness as needed.
  4. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of maple syrup if desired.

Notes

For a vegan option, substitute dairy milk with oat or almond milk. You can also make it sugar-free using monkfruit sweetener.
