A delicious homemade version of the Salted Pecan Crunch Cold Brew, featuring cold brew coffee topped with a nutty, salty pecan mix and creamy goodness.

Ingredients

  • Cold brew coffee (about 12 oz per serving)
  • 23 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons pecan syrup (homemade or bottled)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped toasted pecans
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Pinch flaky salt
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cold brew coffee as desired.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with a little pecan syrup until frothy.
  3. Pour the cold brew into a glass and add ice cubes.
  4. Layer the whipped cream on top of the cold brew.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the chopped pecans, brown sugar, and flaky salt for the crunchy topping.
  6. Sprinkle the crunch topping over the whipped cream.

Notes
