Cinnamon Honey Weight Loss Tea

  • 1 cinnamon stick or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • Optional: squeeze of lemon

Instructions

  1. Place a cinnamon stick or ground cinnamon in your mug.
  2. Boil water and pour it over the cinnamon.
  3. Let it steep for about 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the cinnamon stick or stir well if using ground cinnamon.
  5. Let it cool slightly, then add honey and stir before drinking.
  6. Sip hot or pour over ice for a refreshing drink.

Notes

To enhance flavor, add lemon right before drinking. Experiment with ginger or nutmeg for variations.
