Ingredients

  • Fresh pine needles (from a safe, pesticide-free source)
  • Filtered water
  • Optional: Honey, lemon, or ginger

Instructions

  1. Rinse the pine needles to remove any debris.
  2. Chop the needles into smaller pieces.
  3. Toss a solid handful of the chopped needles into a small pot with 2 cups of filtered water.
  4. Bring the pot to a simmer—do not boil.
