Iced Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte

A cozy and dreamy iced latte combining pumpkin, coffee, and marshmallow flavors, perfect for fall afternoons.

Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso (or 1/3 cup strong coffee)
  • 3/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree (not pie mix)
  • 1 tablespoon toasted marshmallow syrup (or regular marshmallow syrup)
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Toasted marshmallow (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a shaker or a mason jar, combine pumpkin puree, marshmallow syrup, pumpkin spice, and espresso.
  2. Add milk and sweetener if desired.
  3. Add ice to your preference and shake well (or stir).
  4. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream.
  5. If desired, roast a marshmallow and add it on top.

Notes

Can be made decaf or blended for a milkshake version.
