Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill until hot.
  2. Make a thumbprint in each burger patty.
  3. Season burgers with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook burgers on the grill, flipping once to retain juiciness.
  5. Place hot dogs on the indirect side, then transfer to flames.

Notes
