Smashed Mango Kalamansi Iced Tea

A refreshing iced tea combining black tea, ripe mango, and tangy kalamansi, perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

  • 1 tea bag black tea
  • 30ml hot water
  • 3 kalamansi, halved and seeded
  • 25g ripe mango

Instructions

  1. Steep the black tea bag in hot water for 3 minutes.
  2. In a glass, add the halved and seeded kalamansi and the ripe mango.
  3. Smash the fruits together to release their juices.
  4. Pour the steeped tea over the smashed fruit mixture.
  5. Stir well and add ice if desired.
  6. Serve chilled.

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to 2 days. Freezing may change the texture of the fruit.
