Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Log

A flavorful and creamy smoked salmon and cream cheese log, perfect for gatherings or quiet evenings at home.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 8 oz smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crackers or bread for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream or yogurt, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  2. Fold in the smoked salmon, dill, chives, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a log.
  4. Wrap the log tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  5. Once chilled, remove from the wrap, slice it, and serve with crackers or bread.

Notes

Store the log wrapped in plastic wrap in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. It can be frozen for up to a month.
