Snowy Vanilla Chai

A delightful drink that blends the warm spices of chai with sweet vanilla, perfect for chilly days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 black tea bags
  • 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Whipped cream (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a pot.
  2. Add the tea bags and let steep for 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a separate saucepan, heat the milk with the vanilla extract and sugar until warm.
  4. Remove the tea bags and combine the tea with the warm milk mixture.
  5. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
