Ingredients

  • 3 3/4 cups powdered sugar (plus extra for dusting)
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the powdered sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and peppermint extract. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
  2. Dust your hands with powdered sugar to prevent sticking and knead the dough for a few minutes until it is soft and smooth.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls, varying the size to your preference.
  4. Flatten each ball into discs, ensuring they are even on top.
  5. Place the discs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Let the discs dry for several hours or overnight to help them set and become firm.
  7. Optionally, dust the candies with extra powdered sugar before serving.

Notes
