Sparkling Coconut Pomegranate Christmas Punch (Alcohol-Free)

A bubbly, fruity, and creamy holiday punch that’s perfect for all ages, featuring pomegranate, coconut milk, and a splash of ginger ale.

Ingredients

  • 1 quart pomegranate juice, chilled
  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk, shaken well
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 2 cups ginger ale or sparkling water, chilled
  • 1 large orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • Seeds from 1 pomegranate (about 1 cup arils)
  • Ice (optional)
  • Small pinch ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill all ingredients a few hours ahead to keep your punch fresh without needing too much ice.
  2. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine pomegranate juice, coconut milk, and coconut water. Whisk until fully blended.
  3. Add sliced citrus and pomegranate arils for decoration.
  4. Just before serving, pour in ginger ale or sparkling water and adjust sweetness or tang as desired with extra ginger ale or lime juice.
  5. If using ice, add it last to prevent dilution. For longer parties, freeze pomegranate juice in molds to use as ice.

Notes

For a twist, set up an ‘add-in’ station with alcohol options for guests to customize their drinks. Pair with salty snacks for a balanced menu.
