Sparkling Non-Alcoholic Sangria with Fresh Peaches

A refreshing non-alcoholic drink made with fresh peaches, fragrant thyme, and sparkling juices, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh peach, sliced (or 1 cup frozen, sliced peaches, thawed)
  • 4 to 5 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
  • 1 cup peach juice
  • 2 cups sparkling white grape juice
  • 12 oz ginger beer
  • 12 oz club soda or sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Slice the fresh peach. If using frozen peaches, ensure they are thawed and sliced.
  2. Place the peach slices, fresh thyme, and lemon juice in a large pitcher.
  3. Using a muddler or wooden spoon, gently mash the peach slices to release juices and flavors.
  4. Add the peach juice and sparkling white grape juice to the pitcher.
  5. Pour in the ginger beer and gently stir to combine, being careful not to stir too hard to maintain fizz.
  6. Serve by pouring about 5 oz (or about 2/3 cup) of the sangria into a glass filled with ice. Top with 1 to 2 oz of club soda for extra sparkle.
  7. Garnish with a slice of peach and a sprig of thyme before enjoying.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days. Do not freeze.
