Sparkling Vanilla Pear Mocktail

A delightful non-alcoholic drink combining sweet pear juice, aromatic vanilla, and fizzy sparkling water, perfect for parties and gatherings.

  • 3 cups Ceres pear juice blend
  • 2 vanilla bean pods
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 1 lemon or lime wedge (to prep glasses)
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon sugar (for coating glass)
  • Ice
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Ingredients: Add pear juice, maple syrup, and vanilla bean pods to a pitcher and stir gently.
  2. Chill the Mixture: Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
  3. Prep the Glasses: Rub a lemon or lime wedge on the rim of each glass.
  4. Coat with Cinnamon Sugar: Dip the rim of each glass into cinnamon sugar.
  5. Add Sparkling Water: Pour sparkling water into the pitcher and stir gently.
  6. Serve with Ice: Fill each glass with ice and pour the mocktail over it.
  7. Garnish: Add fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs for decoration.

Notes

Best served immediately while the sparkling water is still fizzy. Can be prepared ahead of time by mixing juice and vanilla.
