A delightful drink blending rich espresso with sweet cranberry syrup, topped with caramelized sugar for a festive touch.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 2 tbsp cranberry syrup
  • Sugar (for brûlée)
  • Garnished cranberries

Instructions

  1. Brew one shot of espresso using an espresso machine or coffee maker.
  2. In a heat-proof cup, combine oat milk, brewed espresso, and cranberry syrup (using a milk frother for creaminess if desired).
  3. Sprinkle a layer of sugar on top of the drink evenly.
  4. Using a kitchen torch, melt the sugar until caramelized and golden.
  5. Garnish with cranberries before serving.
