Instructions

  1. For Strawberry Oatmeal Bars: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix oats, flour, and melted butter to create a crumbly mixture. Spread half the mixture in a baking pan, add diced strawberries, then top with the remaining oat mixture. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before slicing into bars.
  2. For Strawberry Muffins: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk eggs, butter, and sugar/honey. Fold in strawberries and combine with dry ingredients. Spoon batter into muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
