Strawberry Cheesecake Dip

A sweet and creamy dip that blends cream cheese, whipped topping, and strawberry jam, perfect for parties or as a light dessert.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
  • 1/4 cup strawberry preserves or strawberry jam
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • Optional: Valentine’s Day sprinkles, Fresh strawberries, Graham crackers, Chocolate pieces or chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by letting it sit at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes if needed.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat together until completely smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping using a spatula.
  4. Add the strawberry preserves and gently fold or swirl into the mixture.
  5. Spoon the dip into a serving bowl and top with optional garnishes.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

For a healthier version, use low-fat cream cheese and sugar substitutes. To increase protein, consider adding Greek yogurt or protein powder.
