Strawberry Cookies

Delightful strawberry cookies that are soft, chewy, and packed with fruity flavor, accented with white and dark chocolate chips.

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the white and dark chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  7. Optional: Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

These cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week or frozen for up to three months.
