Strawberry Mocktail Sangria Pitcher

A bright and fresh non-alcoholic drink combining sliced strawberries, citrus, mint, grape juice, and sparkling water, perfect for warm days and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced into rounds
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced into rounds
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, lightly torn
  • 3 cups white grape juice
  • 2 cups strawberry juice or strawberry lemonade
  • 1 cup sparkling water, club soda, or lemon sparkling water
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda (optional)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup (optional sweetener)
  • 2 cups ice (add just before serving)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruit thoroughly. Slice strawberries, lemon, and orange into thin slices. Lightly tear the mint leaves.
  2. Place the sliced strawberries, lemon slices, orange slices, and mint leaves into a large pitcher (at least 64 oz capacity).
  3. Pour in white grape juice and strawberry juice or strawberry lemonade. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes to allow the fruit and mint to infuse the liquid.
  5. Right before serving, add sparkling water and lemon-lime soda (optional). Stir gently to preserve carbonation.
  6. Add ice directly to the pitcher or individual glasses. Pour into glasses and garnish with extra strawberries, lemon slices, and mint.

Notes

Can be customized for lower sugar or high protein options. Make sure to avoid adding sparkling water until just before serving to preserve carbonation.
